165 Weekend Homework Drawing Project
165 Students:
Draw yourself as a flashy disco star in any style you would like. This drawing project is all about the style of the 70's disco era, platform shoes, big hair, chest hair, lots of glitter and roller disco... yes we danced on roller skates.
1. Use blue and red pencil, add black marker paying attention to line quality.
2. Keep the line work clean and not sketchy.
3. Have fun!

Weekend Homework
Great Night tonight 165 folks.... the walk cycles are looking good. Over the weekend you want to work on the "coming to a stand still drawings". (See previous post for information) If you have this done, you should try sketching out your character in the jump poses.
*Note that the upper jump cycle shown below is a little more realistic and the lower one has a lot of squash and stretch. (The lower one one is more fun to watch.)
*Also note that the pages listed for reading is from the Richard Williams textbook.

Cartoon Bible info for 166 students
Movie Trailer Project
Theme for 166 Bible project
1. Pick any movie made before 1960 that is not an animated film.
2. Create an animated trailer for that movie.
3. The trailer should be no longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds.
4. Follow the guidelines in the Bible project outline.
Tip:
This is your chance to redraw the story as if you wanted to remake the movie as an animation. The story is the same but the look would be
different because of the animation. Your drawings do not need to be exact. I want you to be inspired by the imagery and create your own
variations.
