Homework Reminder

Hi everyone,
On Tuesday we will look at and scan in your sack key frames. Please have them inked and if you want to pre-scan them in, do so as a B/W image at 72 dpi. If you do not know what that means I can show you on Tuesday.

Oh, and the drawing homework was to choose one of the following: Gomez, Morticia, Herman or Lilly and draw yourself as one of those characters.

 

 

Weekend Homework Reminder

Hi everyone..... it was great to see your bouncing balls tonight.  Here are some reminders....
1. Next Tuesday be ready for the 2 minute drawing test using only your sharpies.
 2. Don't forget that next Friday is the Monster Draw.
























3. We will look at the 166 blogs at the start of class.

4. The 165 students need to create a head shot of themselves as a Tex Avery/Basil Wolverton type cartoon.

Homework Reminder and Something Funny

165 students:
1. Great start on the Ball Bounce project. We will rap them up on Thursday.
2.  Practice drawing you "signature" drawing. I will help you with them on Thursday. Remember you need to be able to create the drawing in 2 minutes. When you practice in your sketchbook use your fine point sharpie only. This will force you to be more mindful of you work a you draw.
166 Students:
1. First thing on Thursday, I will go through the Blogs looking for your character pages. They do not need to be inked, just drawn out with some Bio info for each character as laid out in the hand out I gave you.
2. If you have completed this you can begin working on the back grounds. We will talk more about the backgrounds on Thursday.

1. Please work on posting your all of your homework drawing onto your Blog.
2. Ink your political cartoons.
3. Due next class... draw yourself as a Zombie, full body, use blue and red pencil then add wash pencil.

 Finnish working on your group line pages then begin working on the individual character pages like the one below ( This one is shows how to build the body). Also, continue work on your written character descriptions (See the handouts from the Scratch Drive for examples)...
Both the character description and the individual character pages are Due September11th.
