Tonights guest on Acme


Tonight we have Jeremiah again tonight, along with a guest artist - Ron Yavnieli. Ron is the creator and producer of a webisode series for Dreamworks T.V. called "Gorillaville" and will discuss how he got into animation and how his idea for Gorillaville came to be....

165 Students:
For homework in your sketchbook, full page, using blue/red pencil and ink. Draw yourself at 99. 
Coloring in illustrator is optional.

Homework

165 Students:

On Thursday have the tree you drew in class, ready to present.

1. Use blue and red pencil, add black marker paying attention to line quality.
2. Keep the line work clean and not sketchy. 
3. Have fun!
 





166 Students:

On Thursday I will give you a homework drawing project that will require the use of your watercolor pencils and watercolor sketchbook. Bring those items to class.

ACME UPDATE

The folks at ACME have postponed this weeks Broadcast. 


This Tuesday we will meet as usual in our regular room (ATC 110)and at the regular time. We have a make up broadcast on Tuesday, February 18. 165 students we will continue working on the Leaf drop project.

SPECIAL EVENT NEXT TUESDAY EVENING...

What is ACME... Acme is part of network of schools all over the country that was created by animators at all of the big studio's, like... Disney, Sony, Dreamworks, Pixar. They want to make sure that the next generation of animators are learning the basics. This will be your chance to ask questions and get the answers that you need from people that are working in the studios.
I encourage you to join the ACME Animation Facebook Group, you will receive a lot of great advise and general information about animation.
